Refund policy and shipping
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We send all parcels by Australia Post, registered and insured. We will provide as much assistance as possible to locate any missing parcel or discuss any other issue you might encounter.
For international customers, we send all items via Australia Post. You are able to follow your parcels’ progress via their website: https://auspost.com.au/track.
Handling time: Due to staff capacity, your order will be processed in 7-10 business days. We thank you for your understanding and patience while we work through our online orders.

Canvas Artworks are sold unstretched.
Every parcel that leaves our workshop and depot is appropriately wrapped and placed into Australia Post approved packaging. For the comfort of your mind, we have found Australia Post to be reliable and have not had any issues to date with goods being delivered in poor condition.
All goods need to be paid for before we dispatch. Any damage through delivery will be the responsibility of Australia Post and or their contractors or agents. All claims for refund should be followed up with them and not us.
We do not provide refunds for artwork that leaves our depot. We work hard to make sure that you as our customer receives value for money and that your goods are delivered in a timely and expedient manner.
